OccuMax Partners is a technology tool designed to assist with property management. You, as the landlord, remain legally responsible for all compliance obligations including but not limited to:
- Gas safety certificates
- Electrical safety standards
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
- Landlord licensing requirements
- Deposit protection schemes
- Right to Rent checks
- All other legal and regulatory requirements
OccuMax Partners does not provide legal, compliance, or property management services. We are a software tool only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Service. You must own or have legal authority to manage the properties you add to the platform.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Subscription and Payment

- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5.2 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OccuMax Partners, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your property management activities
- Any dispute with your tenants or third parties
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment fails
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- We discontinue the Service (with 30 days notice)
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you have 90 days to download your data. After 90 days, all data will be securely deleted.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Severability
